Terms and conditions

  • Car offer applies to every new ORA (includes re-sale villas) except transfers within Lynmore Rise village provided:
    • Applications must be received by 30 September 2024
    • Settlement (receipt by the village operator of the full Capital Sum) must occur by 30 November 2024
  • Car is a New Nissan Juke ST 2024
  • Car will be delivered to your address at Lynmore Rise village or you may collect it from Nissan 1050 Te Rapa Road, Hamilton
  • Retail value of the car is $34,990 (not incl on road costs)
  • Car is ordered once settlement of the ORA has been confirmed and the cooling off period concluded
  • Resident will deal direct with Nissan in respect to purchase other than the Operator’s initial order of the car and arrangement for payment of the purchase price direct to Nissan
  • Resident can arrange extras for the car or an upgrade by arrangement direct with Nissan at their cost
  • Car colour subject to availability
  • is not exchangeable for cash or any other benefit
  • Nissan will arrange for you to have the benefit of the manufacturers standard warranty. All servicing and repairs not covered by the warranty will be your responsibility, and we assume no liability other than for payment of the purchase price of the car direct to Nissan
  • Values correct at time of print
    • If the Repayment Date is earlier than six months from the Commencement Date of Occupation the amount of $26,242.50;
    • If the Repayment Date is earlier than twelve months from the Commencement Date of Occupation the amount of $17,495;
    • If the Repayment Date is earlier than twenty-four months from the Commencement Date of Occupation the amount of $8,747.50.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the Resident will have no further liability to the Operator in relation to the Juke, and the Resident has full responsibility for and ownership rights and obligations in respect of the Juke and is entitled to all proceeds of any sale of the Juke.  Also for the avoidance of any doubt, the Operator has no further obligations to the Resident in respect of the Juke upon the transfer of ownership of the Juke to the Resident and the Resident does not have any right to return the Juke so that the amounts above are payable in all circumstances where the Repayment Date is within the period referred to above.

  • Offer open to any qualifying purchaser new to Lynmore Rise village (has signed an ORA, all conditions have been satisfied and cooling off period concluded)
  • The operators of Lynmore Rise village may choose at their sole discretion to extend this promotion or to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time.
  • Should the ORA be terminated within 24 months from settlement (for any reason) then the following deductions from the Capital Repayment amount on resale will apply:
    • If the Repayment Date is within six months of settlement (occupancy) you will be required to pay us $26,252.50 which is 75% of the retail value of the car (value of $34,990 as above) by way of deduction from your Capital Repayment Amount
    • If the Repayment Date is within 12 months of settlement (occupancy) you will be required to pay us $17,495 which is 50% of the retail value of the car (value of $34,990 as above) by way of deduction from your Capital Repayment Amount
    • If the Repayment Date is within 24 months of settlement (occupancy) you will be required to pay us $8,747.50 which is 25% of the retail value of the car (value of $34,990) by way of deduction from your Capital Repayment Amount
    • Provided the Repayment Date is after 24 months of settlement (occupancy) you will not be required to pay us any amount for the car
    • NOTE: For the purpose of this calculation the value of the car is the retail value of the car of $34,990 as referred to above and you do not have any right to return the car, so that the amounts above are payable in all circumstances where the Repayment Date is within the period referred to above.
